John is a military veteran, serving 1980-1988 in both U.S. Army and National Guard. He was first exposed to the commercial product industry in the early 80’s by working in the warehouse and soon found himself in inside sales. This would be the foundation of what would later become JDS Supply, INC. John manages the day to day operations with his son, Dustin and handles the majority of the fabrication jobs in process, product ordering, invoices and delivery logistics.
Behind every great man is a greater woman standing beside him...and John's wife, Sandra is that woman! Her impeccable attention to details makes her great at handling the daily JDS Supply, INC finances and other billing needs. Sandra also answers phones, handles customer relations, and sometimes, you might find her on the fork lift loading truck! (At one time, Sandra ran her own painting company for residential houses and commercial properties!)
Dustin has been working in the family business since it’s start in 2003, performing part-time equipment repair and IT support. After college, he went to work for Caterpillar BCP division in hydraulics and work tools. He was part of a Hydraulic validation team for Mini-Excavators. After 7 years, he left Caterpillar to work full-time at JDS Supply, INC. Dustin answers phones, works in fabrication, completes product orders and attends to any task that needs his attention.
Our story
JDS Supply, INC. is a family and veteran-own business, formed in 2003 by John & Sandra Holloman. With more than 40 years in the construction industry, John and Sandra began JDS Supply, INC. as a solution to fill a void within the industry, offering a higher caliber of service when it comes to construction materials.
When you call JDS Supply, it’s common for John to answer the phone directly. Where else are you able to openly chat with the owner of a company?
However, no matter who you talk with at JDS Supply, you will be treated like family.
